3. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and sanitary experience for all customers and our Laundry Pros, we ask you to adhere to the following guidelines:
Safe Laundry Certification: Customers must ensure that their laundry is free from bed bugs, fleas, roaches, or any other biohazardous materials. We reserve the right to refuse any laundry that poses a health risk to our staff or facility.
Sanitary Conditions: Laundry items must not include feces, urine, blood, vomit, or other hazardous materials beyond what is typically expected in household laundry. If found, we may return the laundry unprocessed and impose a cleaning fee of $20.
Excessive Pet Hair: Laundry with excessive pet hair may not be accepted. Please remove as much pet hair as possible before handing over items.
4. Health and Safety Policies
Our Laundry Pros work diligently to ensure your items are treated with the utmost care and attention. To protect our employees and other customers, the following items are prohibited:
Laundry with heavy staining from bodily fluids (beyond normal household stains).
Items with sharp objects such as needles or broken pieces.
Any garment that has not been safely prepped as described in Section 3.
5. Pricing and Payment
Service Fees: The pricing for our services is listed on our website and may vary based on item type, size, and additional requested services.
Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards and payment via our website. Payment is required at the time of placing an order.

6. Order Pickup and Delivery

Missed Pickup: If a customer is not present or fails to leave laundry at the designated location during the agreed pickup time, a missed pickup fee may apply.

7. Limitations of Liability
Damages: We take great care in handling your garments. However, Bright and Tidy is not liable for normal wear and tear, color bleeding, shrinkage, or damage resulting from manufacturer defects. Any claim for damaged or lost items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Lost Items: Bright and Tidy will make every effort to track and recover lost items. In the event of confirmed loss due to our negligence, compensation will be limited to 10 times the service cost for that item, up to a maximum of $150.
8. Customer Complaints and Dispute Resolution
